Accountant Assistant (FT/PT)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform administrative support functions.
Communicate with clients via phone and email as necessary.
Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports.
Process invoices and daily transactions and expenses.

Role Requirements:

Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment with a positive attitude. 
Candidate must pay close attention to detail and accuracy.
Candidate must be willing to work in a team environment on multiple clients and have excellent communication skills. 
Candidate must have QuickBooks and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent (College preferred)
Working Knowledge of QuickBooks Online
Working Knowledge of MS Office – Outlook, Excel, & Word
Good time management and organization skills
Dependable – more reliable than spontaneous
